Apply Early!

We recommend applying for your visa as soon as possible, usually four to five months before the meeting. March Meeting 2013 is 4 ½ months away. Don't delay and apply for your visa now.

Visa Wait Times

You should contact your consulate to find out how long the wait is for an interview and to estimate how long it will take to process a non-immigrant visa. Look up your consulate's estimated wait times on the U.S. Department of State's website.

Letters of Invitation

During your visa interview, you should provide specific and detailed explanations related to your purpose for travel and your proposed dealings with APS.

Fill out the Meeting Invitation Letter Request Form and a personalized letter will be mailed to you in 7 to 10 days.

Visa Help

Tips on your visa interview, helpful government websites, and what to do if you encounter excessive delays on your application can be found on the APS International Programs Visa Information Site.
